Fresh Kadayif is a traditional Turkish dessert pastry used in classic recipes such as kunefe and baked kadayif desserts. This product is not the same as dried (shelf-stable) kadayif. It is produced fresh, retains its natural moisture, and has a soft, flexible texture suitable for premium dessert applications.
Fresh kadayif is not dried and must be stored under refrigeration to maintain quality and food safety. Unlike dried kadayif, it is not suitable for long-term storage at room temperature.
