Refund Policy

Unsatisfied With Your Product?

If you are unsatisfied with your product please email support@babag.com.au within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

In this email please provide: 

  1. Your order number 

  2. Your name 

  3. Your postcode

  4. Identify which product/s you are unsatisfied with and why. 

  5. Detail how you would like us to remedy the issue e.g replacement, store credit or refund. 

For damaged/faulty/incorrect/missing items, please also include:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the external packaging

Our friendly customer support team will respond to your email and remedy your issue. 


Possible Remedies: 

  • If the item/s value exceeds shipping cost, we may provide a replacement or pre-paid shipping label 

  • If the item/s value is less than the shipping cost, we may issue a refund on the item/s

*All returns and remedies are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Pre-Paid Shipping Label 

At Baba G to ensure seamless returns we use Aus Post Business Printer-less Return Labels.

If your return is approved and a pre-paid label is issued, the process is as follows:

  1. Get QR Code: If you are eligible, our customer support team will email you a QR code

  2. Prepare your parcel: Either using the original delivery packaging or a new one (for smaller returns). Ensuring to remove any old labels.

  3. Preparing your label: At your nearest local post office, show the post-office staff the QR code to print the free shipping label and paste the new shipping label on the parcel. 

  4. Drop of the parcel: Drop off your parcel so we can track it safely back to us

Returns processing times: returns may take up to 15 business days to process from when you lodge the parcel. Our Returns team will process your return within 3 business days after we receive your item.


BABA G RETURN POLICY: 

Baba G offers free returns for 30 days from the date of purchase, for selected problems/issues encountered. 

For an item to be eligible for a return, it will need to meet the criteria below:

  1. The return must be initiated in your Baba G Account and the item placed in the post within 30 days from the date of purchase

  2. Items must be unopened and unused and in a saleable condition with the original labels still attached;

  3. Items must be returned in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition. Unless otherwise advised. 

* Not eligible for change of mind 

* Free return shipping may only apply when the item value exceeds the shipping cost


What Items can be returned?

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes perishable goods such as chilled and frozen products. 

 

I haven't received my refund yet? 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
